Q: I really want an item that is sold out- will it be restocked?

We restock certain items by demand. Many items are limited edition so we will only bring back the best sellers.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

We can ship anywhere in the world!

Q:Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Refunds or exchanges may be made only in the case of shop error ( i.e., you have been sent the wrong item(s) or your item(s) is faulty upon arrival) and are issued on a case-by-case basis.

All you have to do is contact us with your name, the name of the product(s) you want to return, and the nature of the problem. 

Once you have returned an item(s), we will inspect the products(s) and send you an email. At this point, we will issue a refund. 

We are only able to give refunds on regular priced items. Sale items cannot returned or exchanged. 

You are responsible for postage and shipping costs to return items. Shipping costs are not refundable, as we only refund the purchase price of items. 

Before you return products, please ensure the postal address is correct, as we cannot be held responsible for item(s) sent to an incorrect address.
