Ordering & Shipping

We know you are excited to receive your order, and we are excited to get it to you! We ship all orders as quickly as we can but as we are a very small business of two hardworking ladies, it can sometimes take a bit longer to process orders than it might for a big box retailer. 

We do all of our shipping at the beginning of the week. You will receive an email from us once your order has been shipped. 

Shipping Rates & Timeframes

For our lovely shoppers in the U.S. and U.K., just a quick heads up that your order may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes once it arrives. In the U.S., some packages (especially under $800 USD) may slip through without fees, but thanks to recent tariff changes, certain items could be charged up to 25% in duties, plus a possible $30 brokerage fee depending on the carrier. For our friends in the U.K., most parcels will have 20% VAT applied, and possibly import duties too—plus a handling fee from the shipping carrier (usually around £15–£20). These fees are set by your country and unfortunately, we have no control over them (nor do we receive any part of them). If you have questions about what to expect, we’re always happy to help!

Tracking your Order

Our orders are sent with basic shipping. If you would like to upgrade to a faster service with tracking, please let us know. There will be additional fees.
